Acceptable Use Policy

HeyFloe is a self-serve creation tool. You direct what gets made; the AI models we integrate (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, xAI) generate it on your instruction. Output is delivered privately into your own workspace for your own use — HeyFloe is not a public content network, a marketplace, or a hosting service for distributing media to others.

We do not offer face-swapping, voice-cloning of real individuals, or any deepfake feature, and you may not use HeyFloe to attempt them.

• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights.
• Any sexual content involving minors, or any child sexual abuse material — zero tolerance, reported to authorities.
• Sexually explicit or pornographic material.
• Deepfakes, face-swaps, or voice clones of real people without their explicit consent.
• Material that impersonates a real person, brand, or organisation to deceive.
• Misinformation or deceptive content designed to mislead about real events, health, elections, or finance.
• Content promoting violence, terrorism, hate speech, harassment, or self-harm.
• Fraud, scams, phishing, malware, or other unlawful schemes.
• Content that promotes illegal goods, weapons, or regulated substances.
• Anything that violates the publishing rules of YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or other destination platforms.
• Anything that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction.

• Bypass or attempt to bypass our rate limits, usage quotas, credit system, or security measures.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to HeyFloe, or use our APIs to build a competing product.
• Share your account credentials or use one account on behalf of many unrelated users.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the operation of the service.
• Submit payment details that are not your own or that you are not authorised to use.

We may review accounts for compliance and act on credible reports. Violations can result in content removal, feature restriction, suspension, or termination of your account — in serious cases without refund and with referral to law enforcement. We reserve the right to refuse service.
