Terms of Service

HeyFloe runs on floe (), an internal credit currency. Floe is consumed when you take AI actions (generating ideas, writing prompts, rendering images, making videos, publishing, etc.). Each action costs a specific amount of floe, shown in the interface before you click.

• Floe is not money and has no cash value. It can't be transferred, gifted, resold, or exchanged outside HeyFloe.
• Floe cannot be withdrawn to a bank account or other payment method.
• Subscription floe expires at the end of each billing period (use it or lose it). Purchased top-up floe expires 12 months after purchase.
• Floe is non-refundable once used. See our Refund Policy for the narrow cases where refunds apply.

Plans are billed monthly in advance by Dodo Payments (dodopayments.com), our Merchant of Record: in rupees in India, with GST included in the price shown, and in US dollars everywhere else, where Dodo collects any sales tax or VAT due in your country. By subscribing you authorise Dodo Payments to charge the payment method on file, on HeyFloe’s behalf, every month until you cancel. The one-month trial and top-ups are one-time purchases: each is charged once and never renews, and the trial can be bought once per account. You can cancel anytime from the settings page or by emailing hello@heyfloe.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — your floe stays usable until that period ends, then the account falls back to the free browsing state.

The Unlimited plan includes a monthly allowance of Fast video seconds, pictures, voiceover, sound effects and music tracks, plus MiniMax H3 video clips at Relaxed speed, which don’t count against that allowance.

• Relaxed clips wait their turn. They are made when there is room, after Fast work. They can take minutes or hours — several hours at busy times — and we don’t promise a delivery time. A Relaxed clip that can’t be started within 12 hours is cancelled; you can send it again, and it uses nothing either way.
• Room is shared fairly. Everyone on Unlimited shares the same room. A few of your Relaxed clips are made at a time, and people who have made fewer Relaxed clips this month go first.
• Up to 20 wait at once. You can have up to 20 Relaxed clips waiting at a time. More can go in as those start, or you can send them Fast.
• Personal use only. Unlimited is for one person making their own work. It can’t be shared between people, resold, or used to make clips for others as a service, and it’s one account per person. Clips sent from apps you connect (such as Claude or ChatGPT) or from scripts follow the same rules.
• We watch for misuse. We may slow, pause or stop Relaxed clips on an account whose use looks automated, shared or resold.
• Seats are limited. We open Unlimited a limited number of seats at a time. When every seat is taken, new subscriptions wait until one opens.

Everything you create inside HeyFloe — ideas, scripts, images, videos, audio — is yours. You own it. HeyFloe claims no ownership of creator output.

You grant us a non-exclusive licence to process your content for the sole purpose of operating the product (storing it, displaying it back to you, passing it to the AI providers you direct us to). We do not use your content to train AI models without your explicit opt-in consent.

• Accuracy not guaranteed. AI models can produce incorrect, misleading, or offensive output. You're responsible for reviewing everything before publishing.
• Similarity is possible. AI output is probabilistic — two different creators could get similar output from similar prompts. We don't guarantee uniqueness.
• Copyright is your responsibility. Check that your prompts don't reference copyrighted works or real people without permission. HeyFloe is not liable for infringing content you generate.
• Platform policies. YouTube, Instagram, and other publishing platforms have their own rules on AI-generated content. Comply with them when publishing.

HeyFloe uses YouTube API Services: to read the public details of a channel’s videos when you give us its link, and — when you connect your channel — to see it, publish to it when you ask, and read its analytics. By using HeyFloe’s YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The Google Privacy Policy applies to what Google does with your data, and our Privacy Policy says what HeyFloe does with it.

What you publish to YouTube from HeyFloe must follow YouTube’s rules, including its rules on AI-generated and altered content. You can disconnect your channel anytime.

You agree not to use HeyFloe to:

• Generate content that infringes copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.
• Generate sexually explicit material involving minors.
• Generate deepfakes of real people without their consent.
• Generate content promoting violence, hate speech, or self-harm.
• Attempt to bypass our rate limits, usage quotas, or security measures.
• Resell access to HeyFloe or build a competing product using our APIs.
• Use HeyFloe in ways that violate applicable law.

Violating these terms can result in account suspension or termination without refund. We reserve the right to refuse service. See our full Acceptable Use Policy for the complete list of prohibited content and conduct.
