Terms of Service

HeyFloe runs on floe (), an internal credit currency. Floe is consumed when you take AI actions (generating ideas, writing prompts, rendering images, making videos, publishing, etc.). Each action costs a specific amount of floe, shown in the interface before you click.

• Floe is not money and has no cash value. It can't be transferred, gifted, resold, or exchanged outside HeyFloe.
• Floe cannot be withdrawn to a bank account or other payment method.
• Subscription floe expires at the end of each billing period (use it or lose it). Purchased top-up floe expires 12 months after purchase.
• Floe is non-refundable once used. See our Refund Policy for the narrow cases where refunds apply.

Subscriptions are billed monthly (or annually, if selected) in advance via Razorpay. By subscribing you authorise Sanbots Technologies Pvt Ltd to charge the payment method on file until you cancel. Prices displayed include 18% GST (Indian customers). You can cancel anytime from the settings page or by emailing hello@heyfloe.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — your floe stays usable until that period ends, then the account falls back to the free browsing state.

Everything you create inside HeyFloe — ideas, scripts, images, videos, audio — is yours. You own it. HeyFloe claims no ownership of creator output.

You grant us a non-exclusive licence to process your content for the sole purpose of operating the product (storing it, displaying it back to you, passing it to the AI providers you direct us to). We do not use your content to train AI models without your explicit opt-in consent.

• Accuracy not guaranteed. AI models can produce incorrect, misleading, or offensive output. You're responsible for reviewing everything before publishing.
• Similarity is possible. AI output is probabilistic — two different creators could get similar output from similar prompts. We don't guarantee uniqueness.
• Copyright is your responsibility. Check that your prompts don't reference copyrighted works or real people without permission. HeyFloe is not liable for infringing content you generate.
• Platform policies. YouTube, Instagram, and other publishing platforms have their own rules on AI-generated content. Comply with them when publishing.

You agree not to use HeyFloe to:

• Generate content that infringes copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.
• Generate sexually explicit material involving minors.
• Generate deepfakes of real people without their consent.
• Generate content promoting violence, hate speech, or self-harm.
• Attempt to bypass our rate limits, usage quotas, or security measures.
• Resell access to HeyFloe or build a competing product using our APIs.
• Use HeyFloe in ways that violate applicable law.

Violating these terms can result in account suspension or termination without refund. We reserve the right to refuse service.
